The EANM’22 Congress Group Registration is open

Persons registering a group have to log in via their individual myEANM accounts – therefore, please make sure that you have already created/ activated your personal myEANM account. Upon adding all participants to your group the group order will be verified by EANM Registration Services before you have the possibility to pay for your invoice.

With an onsite congress ticket, access to the available on-demand sessions will be granted automtically. The following sessions can be watched online until December 20th, 2022: the Opening Ceremony incl. Highlights Lecture, all 14 CME Sessions (incl. CME credits collection), all 7 CTE Sessions, and the Closing Ceremony. Additionally, all live streamed Satellite Symposia will be included (approx. 6 symposia).

1) Physician or other scientist in training, up to the age of 38 (maximum age on November 1, 2022). For Junior Non-Members: confirmation letter (in English) incl. signature of Head of Department and copy of passport showing date of birth are indispensable for proof of status.

2) Nurse, healthcare technologist or laboratory technologist, being employed in a respective current professional occupation. Confirmation letter (in English) incl. signature of Head of Department is indispensable for proof of status.

3) Only members who have paid the full amount of their membership fee for the year 2022 by May 31, 2022 will benefit from the reduced “Member” registration fee. Members who have paid their membership fee for the year 2022 after May 31, 2022 will be charged the Non-Member fee. 

4) Student without any academic degree, up to the age of 26 (maximum age on November 1, 2022), even if a degree has been achieved in a completely different field and/or has no relevance to the current professional occupation. Only persons starting their academic journey, meaning not holding any BA/BSc or MA/MSc titles are eligible for a free EANM student membership. Confirmation letter (in English) incl. signature of Head of Department and copy of passport showing date of birth are indispensable for proof of status. Students already holding an academic degree (and not older than 38 years of age on November 1, 2022) must register as Juniors! Kindly note that persons registered as students will not receive any CME credits.

COVID-19 Safety Protocol

UPDATE: The EANM will abide by the regulations set by the Spanish Ministry of Health, therefore no COVID vaccination or PCR/Antigen tests will be mandatory to enter the congress venue.

We suggest wearing the FFP2 mask in closed rooms and to wash your hands frequently. Hand sanitizer stations will be available on site.

Please be considerate of others and do not enter the congress venue if you have symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID.

Kindly take note that if you are arriving from countries that do NOT belong to the European Union or are not considered Schengen associated countries you will have to provide an EU Digital COVID Certificate, the EU Equivalent or the SpTH QR to enter Spain, see all details here: https://spth.gob.es/
