EANM’22 – FAQs

 

ONSITE ATTENDANCE

Please find all relevant information regarding the onsite congress on our general information page: https://eanm22.eanm.org/information/general-information/

The following sessions can also be watched on-demand with your onsite registration in case you missed a session:

• Opening Ceremony incl. Highlights Lecture
• all 14 CME Sessions (incl. CME credits collection)
• all 7 CTE Sessions
• the Closing Ceremony
• 5 live streamed Satellite Symposia

Upon evaluation of the sessions, you can also collect the respective CME credits.

The on-demand sessions and evaluations will be available until December 20, 2022.

• Where do I view the Online Programme?

The on-demand programme can be found here.

All scientific content will be available on-demand on the platform until December 20, 2022.

 

• When will on demand content become available?

The live sessions, will be made available as on-demand content, 24 hours after broadcasting event.

 

• Can we download any content?

Content available for download can be found on our EANM’22 homepage, such as the EANM’22 Abstract Book, the EANM CME Extended Abstract Book or EANM CTE Extended Abstract Book.

All other on-demand content is not available for download.

 

CME Credits & Evaluation

• Can I get CME points if I watch the session later on (on-demand)?

Yes, you will be asked to fill out the online evaluation after you have watched the session in order to receive your certificate.

 

• I have attended Session X and my Evaluation does not show up?

Please make sure that you watch 100% of the CME Session in order to receive the evaluation. Switching device / opening a second browser/tab may lead to the result, that your attendance is not monitored anymore.

 

• Why can I not see the scientific content?

Please make sure that you are logged in with the correct account (the one with your registrations on it). Also, in case you have registered as Junior Non-Member, Technologist Non-Member and Student additional proofs are needed. If you have not uploaded these proofs to your account before the congress has started, your registration has not been finalized.

 

Technical Questions

• Which browser can I use?

The EANM’22 virtual congress platform is compatible with all common browsers. Nevertheless, Internet Explorer, as well as Edge, are not recommended since some extensions and/or functionalities are only available in limited amount there.

We, therefore, recommend the following browsers:

Windows PC:

Chrome – latest version

Safari – latest version

Mobile phone:

Chrome – latest version

 

• Can I use one account on several devices?

It is not recommended. But if you have no other option, please close the browser-window of the device you are using and empty your browser’s cookies & cache before you log in to another browser-window on another device.

This way, l it will not affect the tracking of your CME-session viewing statistics if you use the same login data throughout several devices.

 

• Do you need to use more than one account on a device?

Please make sure to close the browser-window and empty your browser’s cookies & cache of the device you have been using in order to be completely logged out of your account.

When logging in with another account/e-mail address on the same device, please use an incognito browser window and log in with your second account/e-mail address.

By doing so, it will not affect the tracking of your CME-session viewing statistics of both the accounts that have been used.

Please note that this might create future problems if applied incorrect, since you need to watch the whole 100% of one session – on one single account – to be eligible for the respective CME credits.

 

• I don’t see the whole website. What shall I do?

For the best digital experience, please ensure that you zoom out on your web browser to see the full room view.

If you are using Google Chrome:

On Windows:

Simultaneously press Ctrl and – on your keyboard to zoom out

Simultaneously press Ctrl and + on your keyboard to zoom in

On iOS:

Simultaneously press command and – on your keyboard to zoom out

Simultaneously press command and + on your keyboard to zoom in

On Windows 10:

To set screen zoom, right-click on your desktop and select Display settings from the popup menu. Zoom can be adjusted in the popup window.

On a mobile device:

To be able to interact with the tools offered online, you need to use the Chrome browser and allow your browser to access your camera, microphone and calendar.

 

• I can’t hear the presentation

After a page-reload please ensure the volume on your computer speakers is turned up and that the sound of the presentation is not muted. If the sound does not work when the video is playing, click the volume button at the bottom left of the video. Further, ensure that you allow your browser to access your microphone and/or speakers.

 

• Are there any subtitles available?

All presentations are held in English. Subtitles are not available. You can re-watch the presentation again later on-demand.

 

• I can’t log in! What shall I do?

Please check if you entered the right username and password. If you do not remember your password, please simply enter your username and click on forgot password? on https://myeanm.eanm.org/login and enter your username (=email address).

 

Please reload the login page and try again. Also, try to open the login page in a browser of our list of recommended browsers (see above).

 

• I don’t remember my password

If you do not remember your password, please simply enter your username click on forgot password? on https://myeanm.eanm.org/login and enter your username (=email address).

 

• Will attendees have to enable cookies and cross site tracking in browser?

The activation of cookies and tracking is a prerequisite and should not be deactivated under any circumstances, as this can impair the functionality of the platform.

 

• Is your internal system recording when a delegate has logged into the virtual congress using their unique login details?

By registering on our platform, the user agrees to the terms and conditions, which include the storage of user data. Without active consent, the user is denied access to the platform.
